Sourced from a woman-owned importer and a farm 1,900m ASL. Anaerobic process combined with a medium roast (207°C, drop just as first crack ends) creates fruity notes. Price for 350g.
A unique blend from small farms in the Southwestern Antioquia of Columbia's coffee-growing region. This is a darker roast (215°C, drop about 15 seconds into second crack) creates chocolatey/earthy notes. Price for 350g
These beans come from a larger, but well-regarded coffee farm in Costa Rica. Roasted to a medium roast (205°C, drop shortly before first crack ends) after a "red honey" process. A balanced taste profile. P rice for 350g.
